The story of GjerdeKonsept began in 2014, when I set out to create the outdoor space I had always dreamed of for my own home.

Originally from Poland, I had grown up surrounded by elegant metal fences that beautifully framed residential properties. At the time, this was far less common in Norway, where most homes were enclosed by traditional wooden fences. I decided to import a wrought iron fence for my own property.

What started as a personal project quickly attracted unexpected attention. Neighbours, friends, and even passersby stopped to ask where the fence came from and whether they could purchase one themselves. That was the moment I realised there was a demand for an alternative that combined quality, elegant design, and long-lasting durability.

That was how GjerdeKonsept was born.

Today, we supply fences, gates, pedestrian gates, and automated gate solutions to customers throughout Norway. Although the company has grown, one thing has remained the same: our personal approach. I personally guide our customers throughout the entire process and always strive to find solutions that perfectly suit both their property and their individual needs.

Gardens, outdoor living spaces, and landscape design have always been a true passion of mine. I love creating beautiful and harmonious environments where the fence becomes a natural part of the overall design rather than simply marking the property's boundary.

The photos below show my own home and garden, the project that inspired me to begin this journey. What started as a dream of creating my ideal outdoor space became the foundation of a company that now helps customers across Norway create beautiful, functional, and welcoming properties.
