Returns and complaints
Returns
When purchasing through our online store, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer protection legislation.
If a customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, notification must be submitted within the statutory withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging or other suitable protective packaging, and securely packed for transport. Customers are entitled to inspect the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for such inspection, a deduction may be made for any reduction in its value.
Custom-made products, products manufactured according to the customer's measurements, or products made to the customer's specifications cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with Norwegian law after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing to our email address.
The complaint should include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it. This includes verifying that the product has not been damaged during transport and that the delivery is complete.
If transport damage, missing parts, or an incorrect product is discovered, this must be reported without undue delay. Prompt notification enables us to process the case quickly and, if necessary, follow up with the carrier.
Before installation, the customer must ensure that the product is correct and free from any visible defects or damage. If any defects or damage are discovered, the product must not be installed until the matter has been resolved with us. Installing a product with visible defects or damage may limit the customer's right to make a complaint regarding those issues.
Although all products are carefully packed and secured before shipment, minor cosmetic damage, such as small scratches or paint chips, may occasionally occur during transportation. If such damage is discovered, we ask the customer to contact us immediately and provide photographs. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may supply touch-up paint or another suitable solution.
Minor colour variations, small surface scratches that are not visible under normal viewing conditions, and minor manufacturing tolerances within applicable industry standards are not considered product defects.
Complaints arising from incorrect installation, improper use, inadequate maintenance, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear are not covered by the right to make a complaint.
If a complaint is approved, we will, in accordance with applicable Norwegian law, repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product, offer a price reduction, or issue a refund, depending on which solution is considered most appropriate in the specific case.
