Custom made products, products manufactured to the customer's specifications, or items specially ordered from the supplier at the customer's request are not covered by the standard right of withdrawal.
All returns must be agreed upon with us in writing before being sent back. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customers are required to inspect the goods upon delivery. Any transport damage or missing items must be reported immediately upon delivery or, at the latest, on the same day the goods are received.
